These terms apply to your use of any web application or service operated by By Moussa at moussa.sh and its subdomains.
What the service is
By Moussa provides small web utilities for professional use. Currently, most apps are in a pre-launch waitlist phase — signing up adds your email to a notification list and does not create an account or grant access to any product.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: submit false or malicious data, attempt to probe or attack our systems, use our services to send spam or engage in illegal activity, or scrape our sites in a way that degrades service for others. Violating these terms may result in removal.
No warranty
Our services are provided as-is. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. Waitlists do not guarantee a product will ship.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, By Moussa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to $0, since no money changes hands at the waitlist stage.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where By Moussa is incorporated. Disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction's courts.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time by updating the date above. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
